When I received them, I slipped them on and was delighted at the texture and therefore the work. however once I walked into the kitchen (tile floor) carrying them, I crashed and burned and am nursing bruises currently. The soles are quite slick; I actually have no confidence that they'll be a steadying influence if it becomes necessary to steer on ice or snow.
